January 3rd was the first day back from Winter Break. Everyone in Morrow House was discussing what they did over vacation, where they went, or what they did at home, and the

amazing presents that they got, so here are some of the things that people did over the break.

Esmé (Me): What was your favorite part of Winter Break?

 

Jonathan Kae: New Year’s Eve.

 

E: Why was that your favorite part of break?

 

J: My parents had a party at our house with all of their co-workers.

 

E: Was there anything that you wanted to do during break that you didn’t get to?

 

J: I wanted to get more presents.

 

E: What was your favorite part of winter Break?

 

Delilah Cohen: Sleeping in late, eating, and no social interaction.

 

E: Did you go somewhere for vacation?

 

D: I went to Lake Placid.

 

E: What did you do there?

 

D: I built a tiny snowman on top of our car because there was a lot of snow.

 

E: Was there anything that you wanted to do that you didn’t have the time to?

 

D: Anything productive.

 

E: What was your favorite part of winter Break?

 

Talia Leach: Christmas morning.

 

E: Why was that your favorite part of break?

 

T: Because I got a lot of presents.

 

E: Was there anything that you wanted to do that you didn’t have the time to?

 

T: I wanted to hang out with my friends more.

 

E:  What was your favorite part of winter Break?

 

Alex Danieli: Hanging out with my family.

 

E: Did you go anywhere for your vacation?

 

A: Israel

 

E: Is there anything you wanted to do over winter break that you didn’t have time to?

 

A: Nope.

 

E: What was your favorite part of break?

 

Camilia O.L.: Ice skating.

 

E: Did you go on vacation or stay at home?

 

C: I stayed at home.

 

E: Was there anything that you wanted to do that you didn’t have time to?

 

C: Go on vacation.

 

E: What was your favorite part of break?

 

Dream Champell-Aldrich: Christmas.

 

E: Did you stay at home or go away for vacation?

 

D: I stayed at home.

 

E: Was there anything that you wanted to do during break that you didn’t have time to?

 

D: No.

From what I can tell from the interviews, the majority of the students stayed at home this year during vacation. Everyone enjoyed getting presents, and most people enjoyed hanging out with their friends and family.
